Carriage Driving 03.08.2025

On Saturday 3rd August, we had an Introduction to Carriage Driving.

 

There were 3 groups of 4 and we all had a turn driving a lovely, willing and very patient pony with Robin Rossiter, standing on the back plate and also a session learning about harness and tacking up.

 

Everyone enjoyed it and some have even booked to have further sessions.

Silver Circle Summer Social 30.07.25

On Wednesday 30th July, 13 members and a few family and friends joined the tour of the Silver Circle Distillery.

 

We all had a lovely evening and came away knowing a lot more about gin!

 

Those of us who were driving sampled some excellent non alcoholic cocktails so didn't feel too left out. The buffet style catering was provided by Orchard Kitchen and the food was excellent.
